So, I had this annoying issue with my heater in San Diego. It just decided to stop working during the coldest week we’ve had in a while. I found Enigma Appliance Repair online and decided to give them a shot. Gotta say, they were spot on! The technician was friendly, seemed to know what he was doing, and most importantly, got my heater up and running in no time.
When I called, they were professional and set me up with a visit that same week. The guy who came out was Dan, I think. He was pretty quick, diagnosed the issue, and before I knew it, my home was warm and cozy again. I appreciated that he took the time to explain what went wrong, without all the technical jargon. Made a huge difference.
Heater repair enigma is really what they do best. If you’re in the San Diego area and need some solid work done, I’d totally recommend them. No fluff, just good service.
